An 18th-century discovery of Angostura bitters by a British naval officer led to its use as a remedy for sea sickness aboard HMS Hercules and beyond. The sailors added the bitters to their gin rations to make it more palatable, and pink gin was born. Foxdenton's homage to the classic Victorian cocktail has plenty of actual Angostura on the nose and palate with notes of cranberry and raspberry. Complex and clean with a long, dry finish.
