How to redeem High Life Shop vouchers

If you have High Life Shop vouchers you wish to redeem, please follow these simple steps:

1. Browse the website and select the products you would like to order.

Please note that large items weighing over 2 kilos are excluded from delivery outside the UK*.
*A UK address is defined as being in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.
Deliveries to addresses outside of the UK (as defined above) may carry an additional charge. Local import duties may also be payable upon receipt. We reserve the right not to deliver overseas if we believe the address is not secure, for example PO Box addresses, hotels and certain countries.

2. Regretfully, the vouchers cannot be redeemed online so please post them to our Customer Service team.

Make a note of your selection and send your choice to the address below, along with your delivery details and enclosing your voucher as payment. Any additional payment if required can be made up by credit card and we would be happy to call you for this information on receipt of your order.

3. Please note we are unable to accept responsibility for vouchers undelivered to the above address.

4. Your order will be placed and sent to you as soon as possible, and we aim to dispatch goods within 5 working days. Please allow up to 21 days from our receipt of your order for delivery of goods.
