Order times for delivery on board


We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to pre-purchase your Speedbird Café food and drink choices and High Life Shop and duty-free buys for delivery to your seat on board.  

These products will not be available on your flight, so please purchase them in advance. The latest time you can pre-purchase varies by product and destination, so please check the table below to ensure that you don’t miss out.

  Speedbird Café – domestic and short-haul flights   12 hours   24 hours*
  High Life Shop – short-haul flights - London Heathrow   12 hours   24 hours*
  High Life Shop – long-haul flights - London Heathrow   12 hours   72 hours
  High Life Shop** – long-haul flights - London Gatwick   24 hours   72 hours

 

*For some flights, we require a longer lead time to fulfil your order. Please place your order at least 30 hours before your journey. A full list of flights with longer lead times can be found here.

** We currently do not deliver High Life Shop and duty-free items to short-haul European flights departing from London Gatwick.
