1. What is the Executive Club?

The British Airways Executive Club helps make travel more rewarding. Plus, it’s free to join. As a Member, you can collect Avios whenever you fly with British Airways or the Oneworld partners. You’ll also earn Tier points when you fly, helping you to unlock additional benefits as you move through the Club tiers – from Blue to Bronze to Silver and Gold*. 2. What is Avios?

Avios is the reward currency of the British Airways Executive Club. You can collect Avios on flights, hotels, shopping and car rental with British Airways or one of their many partners. With so many ways to collect, you'll soon have enough to spend on all the travel things you love, including reward flights and cabin upgrades. 4. Do Avios expire?

5. Where can I fly to?

6. Spending Avios

You can spend  Avios on reward flights, cabin upgrades, and your High Life Café and High Life Shop pre-purchases delivered to your seat. For more information on how to spend Avios with High Life Shop, please see www.highlifeshop.com/spending-avios. 

7. Can I spend Avios at the High Life Shop website?

Yes, you can now spend Avios on any order at highlifeshop.com. This includes High Life Café food and drinks, High Life Shop pre-purchases and products ordered for Home Delivery.

8. Can I spend Avios on the part of my High Life Shop order?

No, currently, Avios points can only be redeemed for full orders.

9. What happens if my flight plans change and I have paid with Avios?

Contact our Customer Service team on 0345 6000 757 and +44 (0) 370 241 0777 if you are outside the UK. We’ll ensure you receive your order on the altered flight or proceed with a refund.

10. Can I collect Avios online?
You can collect Avios on High Life Shop pre-purchases delivered to you on board or when you pre-purchase from crew in-flight for delivery to your next British Airways flight. Your Avios will automatically be added to your Executive Club account. You collect two Avios points for every £1 you spend at the High Life Shop. Please ensure your Executive Club details are added to your customer profile when shopping online. You cannot collect Avios on the Café or Home Delivery range.
